Frequently asked questions
Will we be locked in?
No. The code, the data and the accounts are always yours. The app runs on standard technology that any developer can take over. After the first 3 months you can cancel with one month's notice, and if you want to leave we hand everything over, with documentation, at no extra cost.
Which apps do you take care of?
Internal tools and apps built in Lovable, Replit, Bolt, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, often with a database such as Supabase. In the free review we look at the app and tell you honestly whether it's a fit.
Where does the app run and where is the data stored?
On our own server at Hetzner within the EU. Backups are taken every night and are also stored within the EU.
What happens if the app breaks?
Faults in operations, such as the server, backups, updates and certificates, we fix at no extra cost. How fast we act depends on the level: the next business day, within 4 hours or within 1 hour. Changes and bugs in the app's own code count as changes.
What do changes beyond what's included cost?
SEK 1,100 per hour. Included hours that you don't use carry over to the next month, but no longer.
Which costs do we pay ourselves?
Costs for AI services (such as OpenAI or Anthropic), domain names and other services the app uses, such as SMS or maps.
How long is the contract?
At least 3 months, then one month's notice. Getting started is included: moving to our server, moving accounts to the company, documentation and a security review.
How long does it take to get started?
Usually a week or two after the free review.
We want to stop paying for Lovable. Can the app keep working?
Usually yes. The code can be exported to GitHub, and then we can run the app on our server without your Lovable subscription. We check this in the review.
Do the prices include VAT, and when do the times apply?
Prices exclude VAT. Response times apply on weekdays 8–17.
