Who is responsible

Gradient Vibe AB (company reg. no. 559553-4800) is the data controller for the information collected on gradientvibe.se. Questions about your data can be sent to carl.axel.dahlin@gradientvibe.se.

When you fill in a form

We store what you write: your answers about your tool, your email address and any free text. We also store which ad or link you came from (UTM tags) and when you sent it. We use the information to reply to you and make an offer. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry, and steps you have asked for before a possible contract.

Where the data is stored and for how long

The website and the form data are on our own server at Hetzner within the EU, and the backup is also within the EU. Only Gradient Vibe has access to it. We delete the data no later than 90 days after our last contact, unless we have entered into a contract with you.

Cookies and statistics

We measure visits with our own statistics tool, which sets no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you. Meta's pixel, which shows us which ads on Facebook and Instagram work, is only loaded if you have said yes to it. Meta then sets cookies and receives information about your visit, under Meta's own privacy policy. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.

Who receives the data

Our server and backup are at Hetzner within the EU, our hosting provider. Meta only receives information about your visit if you have accepted the pixel. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to the processing. Email us and we'll help. If you think we are processing your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).
